Can not register with bridge

I am just putting a new site up and for some reason when I click on register in with the bridge login or from the register link in smf I get the following error:

"The page you are trying to access does not exist.
Please select a page from the main menu."

Using SMF 1.1 RC2, Orstio bridge 1.1.4 and joomla 1.0.8

Any ideas?

Just to add...I can log in from the module, but when I click on "register" and "Forgot your password?" it gives me that error in the first post.

When you go to your Joomla admin panel, and check the list of installed components, is com_smf_registration in the list?

No, I do not see it...this is what I have:

Mass Mail

How would this get missed, or did I do something wrong with the install?

It looks as though you have uninstalled it.

Now, uninstall the SMF Bridge component.  Uninstall the mod_smf_login module.  Uninstall the SMF_Header_include bot.

Then, install bridge 1.1.4 again.  This time, do not uninstall the SMF Registration component.
