Way to send a topic to all the members

Hi guys, if you are an admin is there a way to send a topic to all the members.  Specially when it's a poll?  I can send a topic but only one email at a time, but if you have hundreds of members that will take forever to inform them.

Try announcing the topic.

Yup...that's what "announce Topic" is for...
