Theme

is it the only way to make an easy theme of the same one is replacing the pictures with my pictures ?

or is there a theme maker to put my pictures and make the look of the theme

There are 2 choices you have.  Customize one of the default themes by changing the images and css, or create a new theme by changing the images, css and altering/rewriting the php files used in the theme.  The only way to altar the php though is to actually see it raw and recode it by hand.  There are no wysiwyg tools to use when creating/editing a theme for smf that I am aware of.
