RC2 upgrade error: log system failed

Now I find myself in the midst of upgrading a 1.0.7 SMF install to 1.1RC2. I FTP uploaded all the upgrade files (couldn't upload a file in Package Manager that didn't give me a corrupt error) making a copy of my index.php and config files first. Then I ran upgrade.php and everything seemed to be going just fine until this:

Adjusting uploadable avatars... Successful.
Updating thumbnails... Successful.
Updating ban system... Successful.
Updating permissions... Successful.
Updating search cache... Successful.
Upgrading log system... Unsuccessful!

This query:
UPDATE smf_log_boards
SET ID_MSG = 0
WHERE logTime >=;
Caused the error:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 3

Now I'm stuck.

Where do I go to find and correct this statement? Is it correctable? I could just remove and reinstall the entire site over again, but I should be able to correct this, right? I'm assuming that the WHERE needs criteria after ">="........

Please let me know what you think ASAP. It's past midnight here on the east coast of the US, but I'll be up around 6:00AM to work on this again.
