Mambo SMF bridge versions

can someone clarify if the bridge works for Mambo 4.6 RC1-2 and with smf_1-1-rc2.

I cant seem to install the package on SMF 1.1, if anyone can point me to a howto or readme on the lastest versions that work with smf_bridge. I would really appreciate it.

Plus if I understand right the bridge makes it so users login both to mambo and the forum at the same time, is there a table to define which users have access to mambo and which to the forum. I cant seem to find a detail subscription about the way the bridge module/package will work/function for both systems.

There is no bridge yet compatible with Mambo 4.6.

Mambo 4.5.3h and SMF 1.1 RC2 will work well with bridge 1.1.4.

One Last question, after installing Mambo and smf, and using the mos_smf db tool for importing users.
Is it safe to leave/delete out the admin user for smf, or is there a way to make the default admin user on mambo the admin user on smf ?

You don't want to delete any admin users anywhere.

Make sure your Mambo super admin has the same EXACT username and password as your SMF admin.
