[question] Where are the 1.1rc1 functions declared?

HI I'm building an external portally type thing to tie in with smf.. Part if it needs to send pm's to the SMF members.

That has information about the 'sendpm' function which is referenced in the SMF source (sources/personalmessage.php) but I can't find in which file it's defined. When I use the code from the above thread it brings back a undefined function error, so its not part of the SSI include.

If i could find the function I could include the file, or if not then butcher the code to work within my project..

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
