can you help ? SMF not working ?

Hi

I am trying to use hxxp:www.dogclub.co.uk/forum/index.php [nonactive] which is an SMF forum.  I am getting the error

"Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later."

and other users are managing to log in but somehow they are not seeing other users who are online or most recent posts (its like there are 2 versions ).

It sounds to me like the server has its knickers in a twist - I am only a mere user ... any chance someone can give it a kick for us ?  I am hoping its hosted with you guys as I've no way of emailing the admin coz its down.

We do not host websites.  All we do is make SMF available for people to download and use on their own websites.  All you can do is contact that website's administrator.

aah OK thanks - i was just hoping you hosted the SMF part, ah well ... I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens !

SMF is absolutely great by the way !    I use it in both IE and Firefox and it is lovely to use.
