is there an easy to edit Html Template that can be edited in dreamwaver or frontpage in virtual mode ?

No, SMF templates are made using a combination of php and html.

but it could be to make an easy html template that everyone can edit it easy will be alot of templates  for smf .. !

It can be done, with a proper editor. Try conText, I like it a lot.

If someone made an SMF template that was 100% html it wouldn't work because it wouldn't be able to connect to SMF via php.

Install something like XAMP or WAMP (google them!) on your local pc. Then you can view SMF via your web browser while editing

Yes , i know XAMP .. but i don't think i'm in php , i can edit HTML or HTM files only i don't know much of PHP ..

You don't need to be a wiz at php to edit SMF templates.

SMF uses the php echo command to output html. All you need is basic understand of php echo. Search php.net for echo
