missing upgrade.php

I upgraded from 1.06 to 1.07 recently. But in looking over my error logs, there were db errors, probably from the upgrade to 1.06. The most likely scenario is that I never ran upgrade.php (doh!). But now, I can't find the file anywhere. Any suggestions appreciated.

Download the 1.0.7 upgrade package, upload the upgrade.php and the .sql files, and run the script.
