Cloning a whole site

Hi 

Here is the deal: im going to clone my site from one host to another. Im doing this because a friend of mine wants to start a site with the same desing as mine so its going to be easier for me to copy my site so he only has to change a few jpg´s and the contents of course.

I recieved help from the Joomla forum about how im goint to do this, but now its time to ask about the bridge. The idea is that my friend can have the same exact site as mine on his host, and then delete all the users (not the admin) so he can start all over again..

Its possible? Should I change any values on any files? etc..

None of the files will need to be changed, but the database entry for the path to SMF will need to change.
