Editing Theme/Templates Directly in Dreamweaver

I have searched this but nothing has come up that answers my question.  I want to know if I can download the template files to my computer and edit them visually in dreamweaver.  The coding part is too much of a headache for me and it would just be easier for me to see the changes as I manipulate tables and whatnot in dreamweaver.

simply no you could use a programe like apache2triad and create a local server on your pc and do your themes that way, would be an easier way of creating themes that way.
