[Implemented] Borrow a feature from phpbb

Following on from Josephs borrow a feature thread, on phpbb, when you do a poll, you can have any number of options, you just click a button and it adds an extra option input field.

You can here too, just edit the poll and add more options.

Maybe I should add that description under the 8th option...

Not as straight forward as phpbb, but alas functional, prehaps can be improved upon in a future revision

Actually, you can't have "any number of options" in phpBB. Last I remember, they limit you to 10. As far as poll options are concerned, I'd like to see the following:

1. The option to allow users to vote for multiple choices (this can be set by the poll creator).
2. The option to allow users to edit their vote if the voting has not been "locked".

personally I like more way of how polls done in YaBB, never like PHP style too much.
