copyright issues??

Hi,
I seem to have overwritten my themes with old ones and now Ive got this notice at the bottom of the page saying the copyright notice is missing.

This is I think a mismatch as I would not remove it purposefully. Is there somewhere I can get the files to replace them with the correct versions? Or could I re-install 1.1.16?

You can check the theme site for the files you need. Did you get the theme here or on another site. ???

Its the default  core theme that I use.

Then just grab the install package and use the theme files from that.
