SMF and IPB 1.3

well, i'm new here. and when i saw some simple machine forum, i really love the theme...

can u give me some reasons why i'l go to SMF and abandoned my IPB 1.3? features? security? or what?

by the way it's IPB 1.3 the old one... the crappy one... lolx...

If your old forum runs, stay with it. If you need more functions, you still can upgrade to SMF

what do you mean functions?

I think it has more built-in functions than ipb 1.3 e.g. stats, calendar, advanced skinning system.

and it has more recent security fixes, than IPB 1.3 I think. and the best it is free

i installed SMF 1.1 RC2 already and i noticed it...
