Newsletter Problems

I'm having trouble with newsletters. Whenever I send a newsletter, regardless of it being in HTML, I get the following screen:

Any idea what could be wrong?

P.S. the newsletters DO send.. the only problem is that screen. The reason I think this is bridge related: it works perfectly fine when I use the standalone forum

It seems to be echoing the ouput of each email....

yeah but only parts of it.. i don't understand why..

maybe i'm sending HTML emails incorrectly? How am I supposed to send them? I've tried including everything from <html> to </html> and from the end of <body> to the beginning of </body>.. still does the same thing. another site i visit has this problem when previewing posts.. could it be that debugging may be on by default? if so, where would i find the setting to turn it off?
