[Extremely Urgent] Can't start some MODs <--------

I have SMF 1.1 RC2 installed and had recently installed SMF Shop and SMF Chat.

Now, they do not start, my site is at www.gadgetkorea.com, when I go to www.gadgetkorea.com/chat/index.php, I get a random error saying "an error occured while processing this directory" or even "Hacking attempt"(!)

More importantly, I get this random error when I try to access the Packet Manager (http://www.gadgetkorea.com/index.php?action=packages):

[an error occurred while processing this directive]

Also, I use the Dilber MC theme and Ad Management MOD doesn't work. I pasted google adsense code into it but it won't show up.

The same goes for SMF Shop.

Can somebody help me please?

I am stuck because I can't acces the Packet Manager and I do not have a backup...help..
