I'm trying to make a couple of little tiny tweaks to the main index template in the YaBB theme.  So, it works perfectly and then I try to add a </tr> to move something.  I get a parse error.  I go backwards and take it out.  I still get the parse error.  So, after redoing my tweaks that are working multiple times, I finally decide to copy and paste the working code over into notepad so this time I can just paste it back.  Guess what?  Still get the stupid parse error?  WTH?  This is crazy!  It works fine, then I copy and paste it back and it doesn't?

^DooM^

Sounds like it is pasting carriage returns into the script. If I were you I would use something like notepad++ for editing files.

Never argue with an idiot, they will simply bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience
