problem with theme

I have a problem with a theme Nothea. Here`s a screenshot . There`s no icon for topic with no new posts. In the images folder is a picture who is called off.jpg and I thing that this picture is made for topic with no new post but it isn`t shown there. Coud someone please fix this problem?
