well, I wish i could do it by myself instead of just talking, asking for someone.... >:(
I think it'll be something nice of SMF, of course, if someone'd spare some time and make it work.
So..all i can do is: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! i beg it behalf of others like me... :)
Thanks!

And what exactly should be AJAX in that?
There's nothing that requires AJAX in that.
I will update all my mods in the next few weeks. Thanks for your patience.

Probably he wants to say he wants ajax to be able to see live(real time) who's online list...

But that's probably useless... who the hell is using the forum just for watching the online list for changes?

for that you don't need AJAX either
it's enough if you set your browser to refresh the page automatically every X seconds/minutes/hours/days/weeks/months/years/you_know_what_I_mean
The AJAX would do the same thing anyway: refresh the page every X seconds.
So why should the developers spend their time with this, just because it's AJAX?

IMO ajax whos online would just go over the top.

Small sites wouldn't need it while large sites wouldn't want to slow down the server
