Changing button directions

Hi,

I am trying to get my help button to go to an index page.  We have a portal on the site.

   <link rel="help" href="', $scripturl, '?action=help" target="_blank" />
   <link rel="search" href="' . $scripturl . '?action=search" />
   <link rel="contents" href="', $scripturl, '" />';

What do I do here.  Can I give an absolute URL, or what do I do?  I would like it to go to hxxp:www.myurl.com [nonactive]

You're changing the wrong link. The help button link is at the bottom of the index template. For more information see this topic.
