Return current topic after quick reply?

Hello everybody,
I'm using SMF 1.1RC2. I have 2 problem:
1, How to set enable quick reply by default for all users? (Don't need go to profile page)
2, In quick reply in each topic, how to return current topic after reply?

I have to say, this terminology is confusing.  "Return to topics" makes it sound like it will return to the list of different topics that people have posted.  In reality, it takes you back to the thread so you can see all of the replies.   It's counter-intuitive, but this option does what I wanted all along.
