How Do you Add More pages?

Hey..I got some SMF forums up and running,
The main reason i decided to try them was because you can add extra pages to your forum like on the menu bar going across.  One of my friends did it to his clan forums and it looks and works great.

he told me that he found it on a post here a while back..I lloked hard but can't find it.  And the search tool doesn't work here either.

Could someone give me a link to that forum or tell me what to do or where to go to find out.

There are several ways of doing that. Like creating custom actions or creating a page with the forum's template
