find the code you edited to place the table around your forum:


<body><table width=800><tr><td>

And replace with:


<body><table bgcolor="#FFFFFF" width="800" cellpadding="20"><tr><td>

You can edit the value of the cellpadding variable to make the white border around your forum bigger or smaller.
