illeagle version???

i put up the mystic night theme, and i noticed that there was a HUGE message on the bottom, saying i was using an illeagle version, what's with that? im using 1.0.7, which i installed with fantastico, on a zeeblo server, perfectly legaly, so what's up it says something about the copyright being gone, i don't get it, could someone PLEASE help?

for now, im copying missing files from default to that, so what SHOULD i do? if you can help me, im not trying to do anything illegal, please help...

ok, i copied the files, and the message is gone, but could someone report that link or something? its seriously jacked up

one last thing, im trying to add a banner, BUT, settings.php is readonly

Well that would be something with the theme. It's possible that it's made for 1.1. RC 1 or 2 and you would hav eto talk to the developer about that.

As for the Settings.php thing you need to CHMOD the file to 666 (I think that's the one without EXecute permissions) or FTP and do the same thing to the file.
