I tried, and searched for over an hour, trying to find a dark theme for RC 2, but I want it to change on mouseover like around the board name.

Anyone know of any?

I'm not sure what you mean by wanting it to change on mouseover like around the board name?  Where precisely are you wanting it to change again?  You want the board name (logo) to change on mouseover, or the links like forum, help, search, etc to change on mouseover, or the boards themselves to change on mouseover?  Provide an example using this forum and what you are wanting to have change on mouseover.

Also, how precisely are you wanting it to change?  Since you can change stuff in the CSS to have different actions in mouseover, it is likely pretty easy to change any dark theme to do what you want for some mouseover effect, so it is more getting the idea what one you want to change by those precise details being provided to us.
