index.php is BLANK

Ok, I uploaded/installed everything just fine.

I went to go to my forums and I got a blank white page. Absolutely nothing. I have the newest download (1.0.7?). I don't know what is going wrong.

I re-uploaded the Index.php multiple times, and now I don't know what else to do.

Try re-uploading the sources and theme directories again. Sounds like something is missing.
