I have need for a mod or a code modification that would, in a certain board, show members *only* the threads that they have created, but show people in a certain usergroup all the posts.  This would be used as some sort of 'help' system in conjunction with the topic-solved mod.

The reason is that i would like for an easy way for members to communicate with staff directly and privately but have it be accessible by all the staff in the said group (hence why i'm not just using the PM-inbox for this).

is there a way to do this? A few searches turned up nothing
