problem with uppercase in bridge 1.1.4

Hi!

i have bridge 1.1.4 and joomla 1.0.10 (with utf-8) installed.

a user with name ryu²°°° registered on my site with bridge-registration.

in joomla-database he has the name ryu²°°°, but in smf-database he has the name ryu²°°°

so i think thats a bug.

SMF 1.1RC2 does not properly parse UTF-8.

Please look at the threads discussing this in the SMF support area...
