Help needed> with mod> Streaming 4.2.1

I am Using
smf 1.1rc2
tiny portal 0.86
skin Mercury

I installed the streaming mod  Streaming 4.2.1
installed well with no problems
but the videos donot stream they are just downloading.. Ive ticked all the appropiate boxes..but still no success
any help would be appreciated!
