Bridge 1.1.5, CB1.0, SMF 1.1RC2, Joomla 1.0.8

Dear All and Of Course Oristio (am i correct?)
I'm a newbie and lack of experience about php stuff and programming stuff but I'm willing to learn.
I already had joomla installed, CB1.0 installed, SMF installed (with same db with joomla), phpbb (already converted to SMF)...and evrything is fine, Thanks Oristio
And now I'm ready to make adjustment...

So I'm migrating members into CB/Joomla and I found much of them not activated and had pending status. How I fix this? Should I fix this? Or when my forum member login, they just activated?

How I add menu in Joomla's TopMenu or UserMenu?I'd like to unwrapped SMF.

Which login module I should use, I'm perfer to use the best integrated one.

I set user to register with CB registration, but when I try to register in SMF forum, it's not bring me to CB Registration form?

Need link to the mod related to SMF1.1RC2 (but compatible with the bridge, jommla and CB I had)
