Board access by Sex

Hello!

Visitors of my forum requested to create special board "for girls only".

I can create a board, and allow access to it for some group, say "Woomen", but I had to add Every single new women to this group.

Is there a possibility to make some aotomatisation?

For example: autoadd user to group "Woomen" if Sex status in Profile is set to "female" AND user made X post?
Or just grant access if Sex is "female" and other Female, allready granted to this board, invited somebody.
Or thomething like this.
