Question About Post Minimum Requirement Mod

Hi guys,

I just installed the Mod for implementing a post minimum requirement. I have it currently set at a 5 word minimum. My question is, how come when someone quotes another post this requirement doesn't work?  Is it because the quoted post is considered part of the 5 word minimum?  If so, how do i override that? Is there any way to set it so only what the member posts counts towards this requirement?

Any help on this would be appreciated.
