Installing Mod in Custom Theme

I'm starting a new topic for this because it was off subject of the last one. 

I just downloaded and installed the "Users Online Today" mod.  It only affected the SMF Default.  My board currently uses smFox-Rediscover SMF (1.1 RC2).  How do I apply this mod to my custom theme?
