Upgrading from 1.0.5 to RC 2 , How do I ??

 I'm just starting my forum. I've got version 1.0.5 and in my admin center I can automatically upgrade to 1.0.7, but I'd rather go with RC2. Can anyone give me a dummy's step-by-step on how to do this? Thanks,

Download the RC2 Upgrade package on the download page and overwrite your 1.0.5 files with those for RC2, then when thats done run upgrade.php

   Excuse my ignorance, but how would I overwrite those files and how do I run upgrade.php ? I really just don't know much at all. I'm in the pre-learning stage. thanks,

You overwrite the files for 1.0.5 in your FTP program like SmartFTP or WS_FTP, and you run upgrade.php in your browser, by going to the URL http://your-forum-address-here.com/upgrade.php

where your-forum-address-here.com is the URL to your forum.
