I don't see an error that says anything about registration.  What should I look for in the error log?

I bet you problems started actually after update to SMF 2.0.14.

You are using forum theme which is not SMF default.
Change Forum Theme to Curve and all your problems will go away.

Unsatisfactory answer. For one, you're guessing at what he's using version-wise and even if you're right, telling someone to just use the default theme does NOT resolve his issue. Resolving his issue means making the mod work on the theme he wants to use.

He has no proofs that his problem has to do with specific Mod.
If he is still in need for help he better present a higher level of details.

I am using similar Mod this totally compatible with SMF 2.0.14

I used curve and it still does not let me register new users. I'm going up try and register a new user again and check the error log to post it here
