Poll Bug

When poll is set to 1 option only (using radio buttons), they are using different names and causes users can select more than 1 options and an error msg will show after voting
it will work fine you only choose one option, but the problem is when selecting one option and want to change your mind (before voting), you cant deselect the radio buttons u've selected

suggestion: use the same name attribute when using radio button
