Problem in Package Manager

There are two problems occuring at my forum in Package Manager.
1: For installation of any mod when it required ftp info, after providing full info as I know about ftp its returing path error " No such directory or file exist" I even use fix_ownership.php file for checking the path its also automatically detecting the path which I know but when I put ftp other info it replies the same path error.

So wats going wrong ?.....

2nd is new problem in package manager in
"Package servers
Simple Machines Third-party Mod Site  [ Browse ]"
When I click on browse its returns Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 6291456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 498307 bytes)

What is this problem and how can I solve it ?

Plz help me regarding these issues.
