Mass ban/removing post groups?

I'm not sure if either of them are actually mods, the mass ban system could be probably be done via MySql also, I just lack the knowledge to do it (I need a list of e-mails banned). Also I'd like to remove post groups totally since they over-ride regular group settings (e.g. if someone is in a restricted usergroup he/she can still view all the boards the post group "Member" can, so the restricted usergroup has no effect).
