Coppermine Bridge - Modification request for usergroup permissions to albums

Hi

I, like many of you, use coppermine bridged to SMF.
I use the forum usergroups for coppermine but there is a downsite.

If a user creates a personal album he can only let his usergroup view the images, only him or all including guests (if guests are allowed by admin).

I think this is not an ideal solution.

First I thought it was a bug in coppermine and posted it here: http://coppermine-gallery.net/forum/index.php?topic=34665.0

But unfortunatly it is neither a bug nor is it planed to be included because it requires a lot of code change.

I however think that this would realy be needed.

Is there anyone who wants to give it a shot and try to implement a multiple selection of usergroup permissions into coppermine which uses SMF based usergroups?

PLEASE, I think I am not the only one who would like to have this.
