What is the protocol for using smiley sets now? On the YaBB SE board the smiley sets required credit & link back, but I can't see details here of what is needed

No credit necessary for the star smileys as long as you use them with YabbSE or SMF.  Is it okay with you if I replace my kiss smiley with your new kiss smiley in the distribution file?
