Post on board X and your post count goes DOWN

I have a somewhat unique request.

In the interest of discouraging people from feeding trolls we've implemented a system where if a thread gets out of hand we put it in a very special category under "rants" called "the black hole". I'd very much like to make it so that if people choose to continue posting in that thread that they get 1 post subtracted from their post count for every reply they make in that thread.

This might be too complicated for a simple hack, but does anyone know if this is possible? It seems to be working pretty well as-is by the way. All I have it set for now is just to not count posts in that board, and eventually the thread dies off anyway.
