Lookiing fopr a solution community mini web sites

Hello,

I am looking for a solution but I am quite lost in this ujngle of cms. Peahrps you could help me ?

I search a solution proposing followinfs features :
- possibility for registered users to create mini web sites (1or2 pages, a photo album with photo upload restricted to the user administrateur of the web sites, a guestbook with public access but message validation)
- mini web sites would be integrated in the CMS et reatable from a search motor or a list
- possibilité for the admins of each mini web sites to invit their friend thannks to an email sending nd with a pawsd generation for each to access restricted area of thier web site

Do you know a solution for that?
