This is their question:-
does anyone know where i can get the code i would need to display JUST the 5 or 10 recent topics? i dont want dates/replies etc or anything else

Are you referring to the "Recent Posts" shown on the board index or the SSI function ssi_recentTopics()?

Its too wide with all the bits i dont need. Im also wondering its possible to cap it at a set number of charachters but i can lok into that later. i want it to all fit into the box on the right.
