Chat mod Request for SMF 1.1 RC3

I am looking for someone to make an IRC stlyed chat that could be greatly integrated into my forums i have loads of mods but i am willing to pay for someone to come up with a working chat it could be pjirc, irc or any other relavent style.  Yes, i do know there are mods out there 3 to be precise that people have made3 but none work on the 1.1 RC3, so i am asking if anyone could possibly make a working one for my forums or RC3 in general it would be greatly appreciated.
