Hey, I'm new here so i'm sorry if this is the wrong section.

Is there a mod that disables certain avatars, so that a member must be a "mod" or "gmod" to use one my forums custom avatars. (allowing each to have the own role and select it)

if this isn't clear, i'll try and explain myself better :)
