Text formatting broken when wrapped

None of the formatting buttons on my site are working. I go to use bold and it does nothing. When i highlight text and click a formatting option the text is unhighlighted and nothing happens.

I have tested it in ALL browsers and I am having big problems in each one. Internet Explorer i cannot even highlight the text!!

Please help me with this, i just launched my site and im getting spammed with emails now.

I was told by Oldiesmann that the theme isn't pulling in script.js at all, which is needed for a lot of things like showing another input box for censored words and inserting bbcode and smileys into textboxes...

Im not sure but if you read in this post i had made before to work out a problem with the Preview Function some changes were made and i dont know if these could have affected my site like this.

I also would love to see the SMF forum header with the recent posts and normal header componants show up when wrapped but i cannot figure out how to do that.

Based on Kindred, suggestion try Goosemoose's Joomla Mambo Tag Cleanup mod, I haven't used that mod so I don't know how it works, it is always good to make a backup and if possible try stuff on a test site, before implementing on main site.

Another possibility could be a misconfiguration somewhere, I use the same template and theme on my site, (*touch wood) I don't have any problems.

I really don't think much of rocket themes, considering the number of problems related to the template that epople come here complaining about...

And Worsin... I have signatures turned off...

If that much is getting messed up then it looks like your entire site CSS is screwed up...

Though I have to agree some of RT templates and themes don't play nice with SMF, at the same time I have to emphasize they are one of the best and feature rich templates I have seen.

Worsin, as mentioned before your issue could be a misconfiguration, if you check the site in my profile I use the same template and theme without any issue, that I know of.

Sorry for my ignorance but im not a PHP coder im a cut and paster so im not sure what i should do to fix this.

in your specific smf theme, you will have to comment or conditional out the <html> through <body> section of index.template.php

and no i would never go with a bridge that you guys didn't make!!

I looked through the original files and they ALL have that code, so the makers are putting it in.

I tried to delete the code and i got all sorts of errors.
