Ever since I upgraded my template files from RC1 to RC2 whenever I post in IE (FF is fine) it literally takes 13-14 seconds for it to redirect me back to the thread.. in the mean time I stare at a blank white screen..... if I upload my backups everything is fine again & posting works just fine in IE & FF..... the changes I made were the ones instructed to be made by this post: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=64744.0#post_index

Cheers!

Did you try re-uploading the files? Is anyone else complaining about this problem? Errors in the error log?
Also, if you upgrade the template files, you must also upgrade the database.

Yes..

QuoteIs anyone else complaining about this problem?

I searched but couldn't find anything. :(

QuoteErrors in the error log?

There seems to be a ton of errors in there....

Such as:

8: Undefined index: modify_cancel
File: /usr/www/******/www.videocardforum.com/Themes/hiha11rc1/Display.template.php (eval?)
Line: 603

This is line 603..

// On quick modify, this is what the body will look like.
var smf_template_body_edit = \'<div id="error_box" style="padding: 4px; color: red;"></div><textarea class="editor" name="message" rows="12" style="width: 94%; margin-bottom: 10px;">%body%</textarea><br /><input type="hidden" name="sc" value="', $context['session_id'], '" /><input type="hidden" name="topic" value="', $context['current_topic'], '" /><input type="hidden" name="msg" value="%msg_id%" /><div style="text-align: center;"><input type="submit" name="post" value="', $txt[10], '" onclick="return modify_save(\\\'' . $context['session_id'] . '\\\');" accesskey="s" />&nbsp;&nbsp;', $context['show_spellchecking'] ? '<input type="button" value="' . $txt['spell_check'] . '" onclick="spellCheck(\\\'quickModForm\\\', \\\'message\\\');" />&nbsp;&nbsp;' : '', '<input type="submit" name="cancel" value="', $txt['modify_cancel'], '" onclick="return modify_cancel();" /></div>\';

That error message seems to be the the bulk of the latest ones.

I assume you mean do the main upgrade from RC1 to RC2; if so, yes I did this some time ago.... just never got around to updating the template files until now :)
