Lost code on top of index... how do I get rid of it????

Ok... HELP! *L*
I, since the upgrade to 1.1, redownloaded the Mods I had and reinstalled the ones already available for the new version (without errors, mind you) and now I have this thing on the top of my board and hell.. I do not find it to get rid of it... I looked at the index.template... at the display.template... at the messages.index... I looked everywhere before coming to pester... but... I need your help...

I even uninstalled the Mods but this thing won't go away...
