My forum has 4 themes and I change some mods to every theme, how should I install every mod on respectively theme?

SMF 7 is where it gets good. That has time travel. You can go back and post before the guy who flamed you. :P

To see what changes your mod does to the theme, upload the package to http://server.daniel15.com/smf/package.php, and choose the Only Theme edits option. It will tell you what to change in your themes.
Note that mods will only edit the default theme, and you'll need to do it manually for all others.

is any plan to make some feature to SMF that can install a mod on an specific theme? It would be great and painless to forum administrators...

As far as I know, the next version of SMF (currently in development) will support this :)
