Free hosting

Hello everyone..
Well, I'm currently hosting 5 forums, but I have a lot of space left, and I'm thinking of just making a place where you get free hosted forums, with no advertisings..

If you don't know what I mean, I'm pretty sure you've seen SMFforfree or something like that, that's exactly like I want it..,.

I would make sure you hosts TOS allow reselling. Also note that some hosts oversell and a few free forums will cause them to disable your account

Maybe a manual (I know it is a lot of work but you did say "few") approval process as well... You are, ultimately, accountable for anything that ends up on space you have leased/rented/own and for any damages caused by it.
